Manage and optimize vendor contracts for all onsite amenities and services (e.g., café, vending, food vendors, maintenance and repair).This includes managing seating, conference space, and parking capacity Support the design, specification, and construction phase of modifications to new and existing infrastructure, and office workspace, as needed.Collaborate with the sourcing team on lease negotiating Engage with vendors and contractors in the coordination of remodeling and refurbishment initiatives of new or current office space to meet SDx requirements.Conduct an analysis of current state, future needs and facilitate agreement on design, investments and implementation plan.In addition, this role will coordinate facilities management and be responsible for a regional team of three directing facilities functions.
